Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited Content

• Unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful or sexually explicit content.
• Content infringing intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Malware, phishing, or deceptive content.

2. Messaging and Spam

• Sending unsolicited bulk messages or violating WhatsApp Business, CAN-SPAM, TCPA, CASL or PECR rules.
• Messaging recipients who have not opted in where opt-in is required.

3. Prohibited Uses

• Impersonating a human without disclosure where AI disclosure is legally required.
• Providing medical diagnosis, legal advice or financial advice through AI agents without professional oversight.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, overload or circumvent platform security or guardrails.
• Any use that violates applicable law or the policies of connected platforms.

4. Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate agents that violate this policy, with notice where practicable.
